why does Sydney Wave buoy fail SO often ?

Not sure WG, but it is annoying. It seems to be really intermittent at times. Hopefully it will working again soon.

My understanding is that it's due to the receiving/processing server being Windows based, which locks up frequently (usually 7pm on a Friday night as an ECL is developing off the coast, with no-one back in the office until Monday morning when it can be restarted).
