Cameras not working

What kind of phone do you have?

The replay feature isn’t working for any cameras I’m trying, is this something anyone else is experiencing?

Will investigate ASAP. We had a major NBN outage across some parts of the country last night (fortunately, after dark) so it may have triggered a few issues.

Replays are back online now, will be some data missing from late yesterday afternoon and early this morning.

How long will the Palm Beach cam be covered with construction?

Not sure, I'll try to find out.

Would be great if you could update us. The palm beach cam is my daily go-to.

Hi guys I keep getting this error 404 message in arabic when trying to access GC report and it goes to this site https://w7.t7mel.net/reports/australia/queensland/gold-coast on android, chrome browser. Any ideas?All other reports are fine. Thanks

I don’t think swellnet care too much about their cameras not working or giving subscribers an update on when their daily go-to cam will be back.
Normally love all the work you do, but it’s not hard to give people an update on cams that are down.

Jeez mate, that's a little harsh.

No updates means there are no updates. I don't feel comfortable providing a weekly public briefing of all of my communication around the country with various stakeholders, so until there is news I really can't update the situation further.

Sorry for the inconvenience mate, we are looking into this. Haven't seen it myself and can't replicate the problem across a range of devices, but have had a few other reports so we are trying to work out what it triggering it.

Good point, I'll follow up this week. We were told the building would be accessible back in March, but I haven't heard anything from them since.

Also, you may not have noticed but Narrowneck cams have been back for a little while now.

Hi there, I actually got some good waves today and was itching to see them, however none of the replays are working ... can this be restored please ?

There was a glitch in the system, try now.

thanks, working again, but some timeslots are not working (after 330pm)... i guess because of this glitch they won't be available ? bummer if so

Ah, yes gone :( bummer!

It got one of my waves 10 seconds before the glitch, so all is not lost
