"We called it P'Land. The actual name of the point is Pasangan, and there's G'Land, so we called it P'Land. I reckon it's better than Macaronis though. Macaronis is so American." Victorian surfers awoke to great conditions this morning with a strong sou-west swell buffetting the coast and a brisk nor-wester brushing it clean. There were, as you could imagine, plenty of spots firing.

Craig's usual enthusiasm ratcheted up a few notches during the re-telling with only a few words audible amongst the gibberish: 'empty', 'barrels', 'grinding', 'ohhh...'
