ISA World Surfing Games

Congrats to Sally on the win. It just seems wrong that the winner of the ISA World Surfing Games doesn’t get into the Olympics. It’s my understanding that ISA is responsible for getting surfing into the Olympics so why does the WSL seem to carry so much clout?

On a positive note it’s great that we’ll get to see Medina carve his magic in that huge barreling lefthander.

Congratulations to another two Aussie world surfing champions!

Dane Henry (Fingal Head) - U18 boys
Ziggy Mackenzie (Gold Coast)- U16 girls

Future's looking bright.

And NZ got a finalist in the U16s in Alexis Owen which has been a long time coming. But we'll done Australia that's a really good result

As an aside, Dane Henry's Dad was a long time raglan ripper before moving to Australia. That's one that got away

Yep, reckon Ziggy will go places. Grew up in Bali and her dad Jake charges...
