Surfcam pre-roll advertisement glitch

We've just had a pre-roll campaign activated on our surfcams, however there appears to be a technical glitch - the ads are appearing every time you reload the surfcam (which was not spec'd - you're only meant to see one advertisement per user session, or thereabouts).

We're trying to rectify the situation and will hopefully have a fix ASAP. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Why have you put adds right in peoples faces.
Surely you must realise that most users find this offensive.

Advertisements keep the surfcams free, Phil. They're expensive little buggers to purchase, install, host and maintain.

What other alternative would you propose?
