Middleton surfcam problem

We're having a few issues with the Middleton surfcam, which is not streaming properly. Our ISP seems to think everything looks OK at their end however our network monitoring system is showing many problems (which is resulting in freezing and stuttery vision).

We've scheduled a hardware swap over this Sunday, if that doesn't fix the problem than I'll arrange for a technician to visit the site early next week.

Seems to have fixed itself overnight.. fingers crossed!

Bugger. The router went down again last night and isn't responding to our rebooting equipment this morning. We'll try to get it fixed ASAP (typical.. happens when the surf is pumping!) - really not sure what the problem is though.
