Surfcams - incompatible player version?

I was having no problems viewing surfcams when suddenly two days ago I got the message:

error loading skin:
Incompatible player version

I don't have a clue what changed. I use firefox and windows7. Any suggestions for remedying this puzzle for
a technophobe?

me too, as above, no problems then got the error message. any ideas what may have changed.I running Win 8.1

Guys, we made some changes to our surfcam player mid-week, but they're working fine here across all devices and platforms.

Can you please delete your cookies and cache, and refresh the surfcam page? This should get it to work again. Every person we've spoken to with this issue has been able to get them running again by doing this. 

Please let me know how you get on.
