You can require or exclude terms using + and -: big +blue drop will require a match on blue while big blue -drop will exclude results that contain drop.

Ah Niggly, this happens if you go straight from a bookmarked Forecaster Notes page, it doesn't know which report/wams you are going to. IE Northern Beaches, Eastern Beaches, Cronulla. Hence it breaks.
Best way is to bookmark the report page and then go from there. Then should work fine.

This is nit picky, but say I am reading an article and want to comment, when I log in from the login link embedded in the article it takes me to my membership info page. It'd be cool if it took me back to the article I was reading so I could comment without having to find it again.
It'll really help with the speed/power/flow criteria
