They're all fine at our end, can you provide a little more info please? Are you on mobile, desktop etc, what browser are you using?

Just to pre-empt your reply - and for anyone else also experiencing issues with the surfcam (I've since edited the heading) - it looks like there's a bug in the latest iOS update (15) which is affecting Safari-based media players - i.e. our surfcams (there's a bit of discussion on the web around this). Hopefully be fixed soon.

To fix in the short term - you can either switch to using Google Chrome browser, or if you want to continue using Safari then you can do the following to get the videos to work:

Go to Settings.
Click on Safari.
Scroll down to Advanced.
Scroll to Experimental Features.
Turn off GPU Process: Media.

Nice. Glad I read this before posting again. Worked a treat.

Update: Works fine on Safari, still doesn’t work on Chrome.

Hmm, it's very rare that we get a report that Chrome doesn't work.

Are you running it out of the box, i.e. minimal extensions etc? Any ad-blocking software or similar?
Do other media players (i.e. YouTube) work OK?
Can you please try another device to see if it's widespread or localised.

This fix works for me. I haven't ran into any other problems having the setting turned off yet either.
