Cameras off line

Yeah hardly any of the Gold Coast cameras are working in my App but they work online? I've tried updating the App but no success?

Yes, we're experiencing a few issues with live cams on the App - we have been upgrading our streaming system before we launch our new replay technology, and this has accidentally caused some cams to appear offline.

Here's a way to get them back: click the search button and then search for a cam - this should clear the cache and the cam will stream correctly.

Alternatively, there's a new version of the App (v2.3.0) now available on the App Store that should fix those caching issues. After updating, just pull-down to refresh on any surfcam screen to manually reset a camera.

This has partially fixed the issue as I have a few cameras back. About 30% are still offline, I’ll keep trying
