No cams loading on desktop website

Hi Ben,

No cams are working for me on the desktop website - has been like this for awhile. Just black screen.

App all good.

I reckon it could be a user error......anyone else solved this problem easily?

Cheers

What version of Windows do you have, SB?

Edition: Windows 10 Enterprise
Version: 21H2

The thumbnails show the camera still grab, but when I click through none of them work (replay or live).

Cheers

Hi Ben,
Want to access Vic cameras.

None of those linked above work.

I can see all the thumbnails (with still image) but as soon as I click onto the camera to get live feed/replay it goes to a black screen.

Cheers

Usual: Ensure Windows is up to date -- Ensure Chrome is up to date -- Try a different browser e.g. Firefox -- Turn off any Ad Blockers or VPNs -- Try a different internet connection -- Clear cache.

FYI, security updates end next week.

Randomly received the same issue this afternoon, it was working fine this morning. I use FF with the AdBlocker Ultimate extension. Turned AdBlocker off and the cam feeds work. Clearly something has updated either end, anyway...

Sprout, that's interesting - we just added some monitoring software to our camera feeds, which may have triggered your Ad Blocker (even though you're a subscriber, so the page you would have loaded wouldn't have had any ad code). We'll check this out and see if it's likely to create issues in the future (if so, will remove it).

Chrome and the AdBlock extension (not AdBlocker Ultimate) works fine, so yes possibly extension specific too. My FF one's on by default for all sites but I've turned it off for SN now anyway so good to go. Thanks Ben.
