Swellnet's use of time in daily surf report

Confusing has wind in 24hr time but sunrise and sunset not at 24hr time. Anyone small rant but has always stood out for me.

Y'know what? That's been bugging me for ages too and I never thought to do much about it. I mean, why does the surf report need to have seconds? Very strange. I don't like the date format either.

I'll see how easy it is to get this changed (hi Jono!).
