Torquay cams iPad versus Mac laptop

Regarding Torquay North and Torquay Point

Has anyone experienced that the iPad no longer shows up picture but the laptop is fine. Any ideas how to fix?

Same just the Triggs cam in SA doesn’t load on the iPad other cams fine.
Ps when are the cameras getting a clean?

I can’t access any of the Torquay cams on my iPad now either. I previously had no issues. All others see fine. Any reasons?

8 months later and still not fixed. Is this ever going to work?

Torquay Point and North.

I’ve never had a problem on iPad ever. It’s obviously your device, settings, model etc.

Don’t ask me for help as I’m a tech dinosaur, my skill is limited to turning the power button on and off.
