What operating system and browser are you using Mervyn?

The surfcam is working fine here, so it has to be a local issue at your end - I suspect browser related. If you're not already using it, can you try Chrome? You can download it here.

You were on the right track. I CAN open it in Google Chrome, although it's preceded by ab advestisement - which I don't mind at all. :-)
