Drone footage from Jaws (Peahi) - Video

Swellnet Dispatch

There's been a lot of discussion around the advent of UAVs (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles) in surf photography. Click here for Swellnet story and comments. The latest UAV footage comes from an operator who flew above the crowd paddling at Jaws (Peahi) during a recent paddle session.

While he misses a few waves those he does capture show that UAVs have enormous potential.

I saw the bottom on one of the angles flying backwards in front of the right. It's at 1:20s.

As I said in the other thread "some great angles, I'm loving these new perspectives on waves we've seen the same shots and angles from over and over."
