Lemonyip Living - video

Bookmark this one for night time or weekend viewing. Lemonyip Living is a 20 minute short film created by Owen Milne and Ricardo Christie, and was shot in New Zealand during the past Autumn.

Beside the length - so good to settle in and watch a longer clip - it sets itself apart with fantastic filmwork, editing, music, and of course the surfing.

It's worth your while. So set it to full screen, turn up the volume, then sit back and enjoy.

Great video and cool tracks.

Love NZ, such beautiful waves and great people. Beautiful countryside too. Hows the serenity?

Cool to hear a bit of Katchafire in there. Did a road trip around NZ a few years back and we gave our sole Katchafire CD a solid workout.

What a great video!

Great to see the full movie rather than the usual short teasers. Well done to those who put it together and Swellnet for airing it.

Is this what Morning of the Earth would have been like if it were produced in the 2010's?

What kind of coffee Mick...?
Have you tried the "Areopress" or the "Chemix" with great grounds...?

The "Areopress is great for travelling, fucking awesome.

The "Chemix" is more like Walter White stuff and knocks ya socks off.

Give them a bash. Various ways of brewing.......?

Just watched this through, what a sick little flick, awesome music, variety, waves, scenery and surfing. Love it.

Is it just me who is annoyed about the contradiction between Alan Watts philosophy and the $300 sunglasses, $400 wet suits, $200 fins etc. Even though this is an independent thing, I just hate the "surfing is for the liberated souls who don't need money" story everybody keeps selling.

I don't know, maybe it's a bit more complex than that TB. At any rate I thought this was more subtle, perhaps by virtue the surfers themselves didn't state their positions.

Yeah, damn sell-outs TB.

They must have spent the better part of $1200 on their fleet of vehicles.
