Get the feeling this is a little more than a 'safety video'. The last two that Air NZ made were viewed over 14,000,000 and 12,000,000 times. That's the kind of cut through marketing big companies strive for.

Agreed. I get the premise and need to win on social share counts - but before I didn't really care about hobbits being cliche. Surfing is another matter :)

Great work AirNZ. Cant even remember the last time I paid attention to the safety vid on a plane. I would be paying attention to that.
Gotta admit though I was looking for an Alana 'cheeky' cheek!
