Shipsterns Bluff - video
Over the last few weeks huge swells have gone down in many parts of the world: West Oz, Indonesia, and Tahiti has even had a few XXL outings, and each one of those swells have been well documented. So it's no great surprise that this session at Shippies, which occurred in late July, didn't get the recognition it deserves.
As is usually the case when Shippies breaks, Tim Bonython was sitting in a dinghy in the channel filming each and every wave.

Never get tired of these Shippies vids. Such an awesome wave and such a technical wave too. Full credit to those that surf it and especially paddle it.
