Kandui redux - video
The biggest swell since the infamous 'Muzza Swell' of June is currently bearing down on the Indonesian islands. According to Swellnet forecaster, Craig Brokensha, the swell will fill in Sunday night with the waves building all Monday reaching 8 foot plus by dark, then peak on Tuesday at 8-10 foot with 12 foot clean up sets.
The forecast isn't quite as stratospheic as that which preceeded the Muzza Swell, but nevertheless, surfers are scrambling from all over the world to intercept this swell. Many are heading to Kandui hoping for a repeat performance of the session that went down two months ago.

went for a surf today. aint nothin like that rocking up and down the waves as you paddle out. Like making love to the ocean. Also that first breath as you surface from a big duck dive, like the moment when I lost my virginity. One with love and one with the ocean i say. ooohh yeah!
BTW awesome waves but seriously, who is in charge of editing these shit house clips? I've seen mud huts in Kenya put together better than this garbage. The guy or gal editing needs to take a lesson or two in modern production.
Wow thats next level Steve! personally I can't get enough of that kandui sesh! I reckon the clip is just fine , top sound track as well ,kinda like the swell... raw and ready. Has anyone got any footage of what deserts was doing? Was gland maxing?
