This was frustrating to watch. Too much hype and too many close ups and quick cuts. Give us a wide shot from take off to finish. I still don't 'get' how the wave runs from go to whoa.

I didn't mind it. Maybe the Olympics needs one of these pools in Tokyo. Kind of like a rail jam snowboard comp in downtown Wanaka. Not quite the same as riding the hills but fun still the same
