I reckon Mason has more fun than anyone else on the planet. So glad Ripcurl finally gave him the freedom to get more exposure.

Looks like a little rock wall I once surfed a little North of Coffs Harbour. Some friendly locals let all four of my tyres down for the privilege of surfing their break. Was worth it though.

The fade left-foam bounce-go right at 1:30 is a classic. How much fun can one man have!
Nice dog icandig.

Well that was hilariously crazy!

I like the right angle paddle in to wedges. That's what reminded me of said rock wall. Thanks for the compliment poss. You know how dogs are supposed to look like their owners? I only wish I was so handsome.

Not the first time he's torn this wedge apart.

That whole set up is due to a surge up the slope of the rocks and some slabs of rock nicely placed to create a redirection of the wave energy off sideways. In terms of surf spot creation by man such a set up would be technically very easy and low cost. drill some holes, poke in the dynamite and blast out a notch half way up the surge point on many headlands and there you have it - a wave machine that will produce peaks regardless of the banks.

Some good take-offs by Mason in the guts of the peak.
