looking at old photos of big Waimea, wave sharing has always been the go out there. I reckon it's the sort of wave that suits it, apart from the obvious associated dangers involved :)
I love the colorful boards being ridden these days, especially in big surf, just adds to the visual spectacle I reckon.......

That's some classic footage Wallly. What a charger alright! I would imagine she must of walked back to her towel stark naked on occasion, after a good wipeout :)
