I can't remember the 90's surf flick but it was Metallica with the song One. Had heaps of Tom Carroll at pipe. Anyone remember that one? Love to see it again
@Geoffrey - I agree with the music of today, very forgettable. Recently went through Triple J hottest 100 and there is some piles of poo in there.
Fuck yeah no slow-mo + metal, make surf clips great again (except Lars, he's shit lol).
I'm a huge metalhead and an advocate for metal with surfing clips, but this song doesn't mesh well with bombing pipe.
I hit mute and played Gojira - Silera over the top and it was a thousand times better.
