Can't say I've ever heard of Yan Daberkow before. The WSL website tells me he was placed 305th on the QS in 2014 which is the cue to start looking at a freesurfing career. Ol' Yan may not have much of a contest act but fella knows how to fade and race, when to stab the pedal and when to throw some body jive, as evidenced by this slick li'l DP clip.
