shouldnt be promoting this guy. despite his ability, and young age, he is a total asshole at snapper - burns people regularly, but makes the biggest fuss if anyone goes near a wave he is paddling for, even if there is already someone on his inside

a lot do, but not everybody. its actually a clever myth perpetuated by the drop-in crew. makes it easier for them to justify their own habits ie "we are just doing what everyone else does, and seeing as we are locals, we have more right to do it" ... ive been surfing there on and off for a long time, and i make a point of being courteous.
