The Occ-Cast returns to form when Occ pulls up a pew with ex-US pro and new Aussie transplant, Brad Gerlach. It helps that the two have history, and not all of it rosey, yet the egos have dimmed and humility crept in enough to laugh at past misdeeds. It also helps that Gerr doesn't mind leading the conversation. Fella gets asked maybe three questions but stretches 'em out to an entertaining 45 minutes.
Well worth putting some time aside and listening to it right through.

I surfed Margs with the Gerr and his mate Marty Thomas a few arvos while they were here for the comp in the early 90,s. Both absolutely ripping it, some of the best high performance surfing Ive ever seen out there., taking off mega deep and doing backhand reds off the peak going left (that was before Margs was just a right onto the "bricks" that the pro surfers just complain about) .
For some reason there was no beers this occast. Imagine these 2 getting loose on the sauce itd be hilarious
