Looks like fun...I think we should send in Aussies in packs of 20 or so to take over the break and hassle the locals. Even better if we could get an airline to send us there for a few hundred bucks...

Unfortunately our Brazzo mates tend to be fairly handy with their fists and feet as well as being 'enthusiastic' in the surf.
I find that whole "I'm Brazilian and I know jujitsu" thing to be a smokescreen. I know heaps of Brazilians who don't have a clue how to fight. They just ride along on the reputation.
It's like black guys complain about being stereotyped but never complain about the stereotype of appendage size. Mention the same stereotype to an Asian and he'll probably pull a knife on you real quick.
Anyhow, I'm sure with a name like ringmaster you know what you're talking about...I'm more of a lover not a fighter...a bog standard Caucasian lover...

After the pack of 20 or so Aussies arrive they could all buy cheap junky old vans and camp out there for months on end and defecate everywhere. If any locals come past they could then threaten them with knives to keep them away.....
And go to the local shops, put your feet up on the tables and start ordering people around like they are slaves. Look very angry and threatening and yell a lot.

Hilarious when you see guys heaping shit on Brazilians. Yeah they're an energetic mob, so are we.
In fact, in the 70s when Australia took over from America as the dominant surfing power, the old seppos called us loud, brash, rude, disrespectful, egotistical, a nightmare to surf with. They were pretty much right, though of course we didn't see it that way 'cos it's our culture.
Now Brazil is taking over from us, older Australians are saying exactly the same thing about them.

Your right Stu, however I never remember any stories of treating locals like dirt. From memory they had a lot of fun with them, however they never saw them as a lesser species. Everywhere I went last year in Bali, that was what I experienced.

Been in the ments a couple of times when a boatload boys from the Goldy pulled up and made the Brazzos look tame.
2 years ago I was at HT's for over a week and 8 boat loads of Brazzo's were anchored in the bay and made it like old school Trigg point on steroids. So much agro in the water. Heaps of crew got threatened and some were legit fighters. Last thing you want is a BJJ choke hold underwater in paradise. Had to surf at dawn and dusk only cos it was hectic. Drop ins and bad vibes all round. At least Aussies have less agro and a piss take attitude. Still got fully tubed though as the boats left each night. Shame it was almost black to get it solo.
HT's is finished now. The resort has brought in a lot of french surfers, there was 25 in feburary!! There's two new losmens infront, there's an ozzie villa built who will be renting out rooms and a french guy is building a $300k villa inbetween bichars and mummas.

I've surfed with brazzos both here and o/s plenty of times and have never had any issues in or out of the water. I'd rather sit in the line up with them than the mad hueys.
