Russ and Harley almost make it look easy.
#Sprout Agree Foot straps make it seem almost easy! So do Russ and Harley, legends.
Those little tow in boards at speed really fit that wave well or waves I should say, as there is 4 or 5 different types almost on top of one another.
Massive ledge hops
I take great pleasure in watching lids get annihilated. Does this make me a bad person?
We already know that you're a bad person :-)
Barrels within barrels!!!!
They've certainly worked out what to do with the steps, although I imagine that's a day by day proposition.
great clip - no slomo and the better for it!
Winkipop at Fairy bower is the Little brother to Shipsterns. It has a very similar step that you drop into when big and you must negotiate the step and shazam!! in the barrel. I hope to move to Tassie one day and I must give this place a go but not so BIG to start with. I hope some locals can give me some advise knowledge and survival tips HAHAHAHAHA!
That session you shared with Big Simon at Maxing Fairy Bower blew Minds Kezza !
"I hope to move to Tassie one day and I must give this place a go but not so BIG to start with....." This was a smaller paddle day cobba - doesn't get surfed much smaller than this - the list of serious injuries and disfigurements incurred here grows after every session - i.e. local advice is that there are long periods out of the water post orthopedic surgery as the price to pay for a minor error or the simple misfortune of going for a misshapen beast - not to be taken lightly at all
That first song is sick. Goes really well with the subject matter.
RedBull Cape Fear ------- Next Comp At Shipsterns ???
