Sweet! Mick & Tahlija are among the most genuine people you are likely to meet. I had the pleasure of surfing with them on the mid north coast in march this year. Both ripping, humble and welcome here anytime!

Beautiful love triangle for sure, that’s one of my favourite surf clips ever , awesome work Inigo Grasset. Thanks Stu.

Awesome clip! Makes me realise how much I miss Mick from the pro tour. The guy is a phenomenal surfer, and a true blue character too. Living the dream now - surfing every day with his best friend! Farkin ripping still!!!

Is this the same wave that nearly killed him?

Hadn't heard of Tahlija before this clip, already my favourite female surfer. Epic charging and foamball dominance - can't wait to show my daughter.

Has Kandui become more makable over the years or everybody just surfs it better?
In the early videos I seem to remember people just racing in the barrel the whole time but it was quite rare for someone to get let out at the end.

And no one seems to call it nokandui anymore.
