Watch: Steph Gilmore // The Electric Acid Surfboard Test
Stab recently ran their second Electric Acid Surfboard Test, this time with Steph rather than Dane as pilot, and they swapped out Mexico for the points of Mozambique.
Ms Gilmore is arguably a more suitable pilot of the recreational boards offered in the Acid Test, and as always her sunny demeanour warms the screen.

Glad she picked the Simon Jones: that looked, by far, the best under her feet.

it was interesting to see the history of the twin fin. I have been riding them for 20 years and love the freedom they give me.

She should use the MR in competition...
tbb should be jettisoned from the commentary.
I thought she looked best on the MR, but it was close with the Jones, i wouldn't have been surprised if she chose either.
The rest pretty much fell away imo.
She is lovely, long cool woman in a rash vest. (could be a song in there somewhere.)

Just got around to watching this.
Steph has just pretty much made me not want to surf a thruster again for a very long time..
Like Zen, I thought the MR looked the best.
Also I would of liked to see her on her backhand a bit. But far out how good does a long, board short warm, point break sound right about now.
I'm off to creep through Gumtree for a twinny
