Watch: Bouncing sharks and bottomless drops

Stu Nettle (stunet)
Swellnet Dispatch

Sit tight through the opening scenes of this clip, all bouncing sharks and uplifting synths, 'cos the back end is where the action is.

Low percentage drops handled with aplomb, speed management under the guillotine, and a few tow drags to end with. Great stuff.

What a show !

That was fantastic. Some of the backhand grab rail takeoffs.
WA natural footers get a backhand, for sure.

Man!
How good would they feel coming in after that. Beers would taste like honey.
The internal buzz would be better than any substance you could suck in.
And life would be in a happy place.

Good luck you blokes (and girls too). Keep it up. Lucky you can get it, and can surf like that too. Go you :)

I thought that was the highlight of the film - definitely the most skill demonstrated in the water.

Mind blowing!!! Good karma and plaudits to all involved in this fine piece of ecological art. Hope those glorious dolphins had union cards.

brilliant camera and not too dusty surfing

brownie48 Thursday, 17 Oct 2019 at 07:27 pm new

What a great feast of visual art and music.

Love seeing underground surfers that can read a wave so well, and as for the dolphin show, spectacular, they even flicked off at the perfect spot

So good. Love the backhand gun wrangling threading those barrels. Plus I’ve never been dropped in on by a whale before. So lucky to have the drone that day.

O my fucking god, how good was that footage. One of the best dam vision my eyes have seen i a long long time, and i was even naked. Brilliant, absolutely brilliant even the fact a lot of the shots were with the boys in the paddle and take off stage. Fucking awesome plus a great sound track to complement the visions. Top job all round. Thankyou for putting it on to view boys.

Like everyone else has said - Wow! That was fantastic and a big thumbs up to to the photography crew - awesome shots and a great use of light. Surfing, cinematography, music and nature just nailing it. Thanks for sharing.
