Debbie's long path

I'm looking at a five day synoptic forecast and seeing Debbie's low staying offshore the east coast before loosening up a little as it moves mid-Tasman before strengthening as it crosses towards NZ.
North Queensland to North Island. Has to be a first for distance travelled.

Yeah could be. Looking forward to doing a post-event hindcast of this system. There's already been three individual swells from this system and plenty more to come.
