Watch: Snapper early winter 2020
Last week, Queensland and northern NSW benefitted from a sneaky mix of easterly swell.
The most obvious was a late season tradeswell, short range and consistent, a bread and butter swell for the region, but underlying it was a long range swell from a storm way out near Tahiti that arrived from the same direction.
What resulted was a keenly consistent swell spiked by noticeably bigger sets.
In the mix at Snapper were Mick Fanning, Parko, Occy, Dean Morrison, Nick Vasicek, Troy Brooks, Josh Glennon, Jahli Brooks, Callum Robson, and Matt Boyle.

I reckon someone could go at least 12 months without another snapper clip and it would be too soon. Cool - Parko, Mick and Occy getting yet another wave.
I had the same feeling Solitude....
During that swell I saw a lot of vision on the cams near here and from other spots in the region which got me more excited....just sayin.
Snooze fest. i could go a few years without another snapper clip Solitude.

Don 't be stupid! Keep the cameras firmly on Snapper. Nothing else going on anywhere else, nothing to see elsewhere.

Being from The USA I thought this is appropriate. The Global Population living in Western countries have been taught for more than a generation to live in a Constant State of Fear ever since 9/11. We have been encouraged to Sacrifice our Liberty for a False Sense of Security, being conditioned more and more each day to rely on the State for protection, and now many of us find Ourselves relying on the State to pay our bills and to Lock Us Down!
