Let me tell you Luke, it's much harder than surfers like me and to a much lesser extent this bloke make it look.... from your post I can understand why you maybe are struggling with it a tad .. you have the order out of whack... it's speed... then flow, then precision and once you have all that locked down you just torque up the power to 11 baby, voila............you're welcome !!
Yep, he would’ve done alright at snapper for sure. Looked like his fin setup was a bit different (middle?), but the blokes got soooo much talent he could rip on anything....

Italo must have read my suggestions on the last clip posted i.e. not always think "maybe rotate" on every top turn, hook back more off the top, and to pause a millisecond after a big hook to create emphasis. Now about the $5k I asked for for my coaching tips....

In my opinion the floater is an underated manoeuvre but I reckon it's one of the most visually pleasing when done well.

Good pick up FR and that was what I was enjoying about it and couldn't understand why, really surfs smooth and well - I would need a mal on those crappy waves (lovely water colour as well, I wonder if that is part of the Amazon River). Mind you it is 1 hour past beer o'clock in lock down so not as sharp as I was an hour ago.
Highlight for me was definitely the pale green short / t-shirt combo...haven't seen something so impressive since the return of denim on denim.
