Apparently surfing is only available for pros during France's reentry into lockdown. Going about their business. That must grate for anyone who isn't a pro but nice for us to see someone in those waves.

such a wonderful region, was there in autumn 2015 and got excellent beachies at Capbreton at 4ftish, Hossegor was 6-8ft and no one around, good memories
