The eastern-most wave on the North Shore - except for the hush hush ones - is a watery skatepark with reform roll ins, big berms, and barrels to boot - which makes it better than any skatepark I've seen.
The jury's out on whether that board works or not. Too many unexpected moments for mine.

Wave gets sooo crowded because its a perfect reform barrel. Worst part is it tends to be the same crew as this wave on the south shore called Kaisers and they are the gnarliest cntz that side of burleigh heads

But that amount of flotsam would drive you crazy...can't believe people with that level of ability paddle into crowded lineups like that. Modern surfing.

Assuming I could snag a single wave out there in that crowd ( a big assumption) I woudl definitely hurt someone. You need Mason like rock hopping skills to navigate that crowd. Crazy.

Nice to see he clearly doesn’t give a Fck about riding over the top of everyone duck diving. I can’t stand wankers who do that thinking they’re invincible from inflicting fin chops to everyone they ride over.
Look you shouldn't run over people but 99% of those guys that were nearly clipped were at fault . Its simple when you see someone setting up for a barrel dont try and paddle madly to get under or around. Stop paddling or paddle deeper and cop it on your head, its 4ft F.F.S. ps I saw a guy get flogged at pipe for trying to scratch under one when paddling out and getting in add someone's way......
