Did you have your audio off? Or did you just deliberately overlook the relationship between the changing speed of the song as it aligned to the visuals to try and make some ludicrous point about boogie-boarding being boring compared to surfing?

well to me boogie boarding is boring. that's not ludicrous mate. it's an opinion. and the music was shit too. another opinion. there you have it.

however, I acknowledge the effort and skill that was involved in the filming and editing of the video and displayed by the athletes featured therein. if the bloke who filmed and edited it actually wrote and performed the music him/her/themself i would be even more impressed. but i'm absolutely sure he/she/they didn't or at least as far as i could tell not from the 8 seconds i lasted with it.

Whatever floats your boat. This one didnt do it for me and i sometimes ride a lid. But lids are only fun in super dredgy gutterballing drainpipes. Or wedges. in anything else they go too slow and are boring.
Some people can grovel well but thats pretty crappy surfing imo.
This is mid to hightide padang, it gets way better on the lid at mid to low. But even then its more of a standup wave.

Good clip but i dont know why i just never think any footage of padang padang tops Mike Stewart in killer days or indonesian experience by Tom Boyle.
Taking off super deep flying down the line a few snaps, spins in the bowl and cutbacks followed by lowtide drainer pits...was just unreal and ahead of his time.

One of the best things about Padang Padang bay is the amount of top shelf brazzo and euro honeys sunbaking...and often very friendly up for a chat if you've come in carrying a surfboard. Dont even have to surf well a lot of the girls i met just want to f^%$# surfers in that place.

Padang too predictable and easy for a bodyboarder. Actually for the barrel
you can get out there its easy for a competent confident standup surfer if you
can negotiate the crowd that is.
