Over the weekend, the largest swell since early January hit Maui and the Hawaiian islands, though unfortunately the peak of the swell coincided with strong trades.
Too windy to paddle, it made for great tow surfing and windsurfing conditions, which together made for great viewing. Many shared waves, crossovers etc.

Bloody hell, that was mental. The chop, the wind. Difficulty 9/10. That windsurfer was tearing the bag out of it. I thought he and Kai were playing cross-overs. Something perhaps not to try at home.
