Better than the typical showreel, Riley Edwards' best of 2022 clip retains enough continuity to feel like it was all filmed in one or two sessions.

Whether I have to suspend my disbelief or not, the one thing I do know is this four-minute clip is a wonderful ode to a time and a place, the Central Coast 2022, when the swells didn't stop and the sand gathered just right, making it a time capsule much as the song that accompanies it is.

Not sure about the sand though Stu. April saw the biggest sand blow out up here in living memory. That it occasionally gathered just right in a few spots was tempered by other places completely smashed and barely recovered all year.
