Pretty sick hey! How about his acceleration on that left at around the 1.55min mark, he actually stalls to slow down and then effortlessly rockets off. And that final wave says it all, perfectly executed .

I’m looking forward to future heats in quality waves between JJF and Ethan Ewing. JJF is the best but EE is the only guy I’ve seen that can push him at his own game. Both have style power and flow in spades.
Sure, Gabby will get both of them here and there, he’s an animal, but he ain’t got the flow and huge arcs like those two, in my uninformed opinion.
I really don’t know how EE can sit there for a 35min heat and catch just the two waves and nail them.

I’d probably score those roundhouses an 8 - although crew can do them, they can’t like that (EE notwithstanding).
Anyone else noticing the increased leg, hip and core strength compared to pre last knee injury? Some of his bottom to top turn transitions had a Fanningesque power to them. Noticeable difference imo to pre injury.
