So would I.....I dont know how these guys stay calm in when its so crowded all the time.....I'd defintely screw the one and only chance at a wave i'd get in such condtions....old mate did well.

You'd be amazed at how well even average surfers like this can hassle for waves on the Goldie points. I've seen the same relative kook getting wave after wave while I wallow in self-pity and angst getting nothing...
