Watched the Oz board riders comp about 4 years ago and thought Liam was a standout. Had never heard of him before that. Controlled aggression surfing. Been keeping an eye out for him ever since. Hope he goes well next year.

That was insane! I thought Jack and EE were our best shot but Lob is right up there, probs a better air game than either. With Jacob on the CT as well this year is looking good if there are waves!
loves me some LOB. never heard of him until he turned up on the tour. stoked he represents Australia, great style, super powerful, charges etc plus his post heat win interview game - classic Oz vibe on a classic Oz head. super proud of all the Oz surfers on tour at the moment.

I love the inclusion of repeated failed attempts - makes it all so real. Makes you want to go surfing and push harder and not get all disappointed for not nailing some new move because you can see it takes a hundred falls before you can take off sideways under a pitching lip and make it look easy...love it!
Watched that twice-charges hard with style and power! Hope there are some solid waves next year for the tour to sort out the chaff
