Funny thing is that he's been doing this for a long time.
Just never figured out how to promote himself until recently
Haven't watched yet but went there on a cat called the Arythmea in about 96 or 97 just coming out of intermediacy( as a surfer) , spent a morning around the corner at Bintangs before a sesh at Lance's left where I got one wave before a big onshore squall came in . With the swell on the increase the Capt. said time to go around to HT's . On transit the ground swells were coming under us from behind . As we approached the line-up from the back we could see it breaking and said to captain " nice should be a good 5 foot by the look of it. " He just laughed at me. It was double overhead plus - outta my league at the time so watched some nutters from WA charge and break a few boards all arvo. Capt, said we are gonna drop anchor here for a few days and sometimes you guys will get HT's to yourself between visiting boats . Needless to say those few days were something special as the swell dissipated over the next three days . That time helped my skills and confidence for sure.

And then comes home to lay beside Mahina after his travels. Yes indeed, a good life.
The control Florence has in the power zone really is next level as for size I was thinking I have seen vids of it bigger and longer but bow to those who know one of the few regrets in life never surfed Lances.
What’s stopping you, get over there
True surfed a fair bit of the Ments mainly trying to miss the crowds but with Lances pretty hard to do still you are right just need to suck it up and go.
Yeah might get lucky and get it quieter than usual or just wait until its 20ft like Nate and get it with 3 of you out! No thanks..
