Supply and demand as you know is very high in Bali and people that visit Java can’t believe how cheap everything is in comparison . I know that before covid , yellow fin tuna at the markets was about $3 a kilo if you bought the whole fish, it’s around $10 now and way more at the supermarkets that are aimed at the bule market . Still a lot cheaper than Australia however .
