custom advise

I have decided to cut out the middleman and get my first custom board. I live in eastern subs Sydney and looking for advise/ recommendations on a local shaper. Want to keep it local as I want the shaper to know the waves but mainly want to talk to him face to face, many seem based around the northern beaches which is cool just want to restrict it to Sydney. Has anyone got any thoughts or experience on the following?
