any news on the base closure......legal action ,who got shafted,who's up and running with another business? did equipment go to auction.

When it all went down I heard it was gonna be six months before it's sorted out. Whether that means debts paid, blame apportioned, punishment metered, I'm not sure. Although I'd think legal action will take longer than that.

If I find anything out I'll post in here.

Not sure what will happen in the future but I heard this spivey looking guy from the Liberal Party (yeah I know take your pick from sewer rat Abbott to Princess Pyne) blaming Base's closure on the carbon tax.
