Surfcam server upgrade

We've upgraded our surfcam streaming server this morning, which should result in a noticeable improvement in the loading times for many cameras.

However there may be a short period of time where the surfcams are unavailable (depending on your ISP). If you're experiencing any problems please let us know in this thread. Thanks!
