Yes. It has the persons name in it, but I would swear he never wore it the condition it is in.
I follow my surfboard history, but I never really dug deep to see what kind of wetsuit culture there is out there.

Looks like a ski suit ...ultra short arms and legs compared to a surfing spring suit.
