As above. But keep in mind you'll get far more for an Ekstrom in California than here so if you're gonna sell on eBay consider also using eBay USA and look into shipping costs.

Also, is it an asymmetrical? If it's not an asymmetric you want get as much. Same as an MR single wont get as much as an MR twin, or McCoy thuster will fetch less than Lazer Zap-era McCoy etc etc.

Thank you for the responses, but does anyone know what they are worth, I saw a red vintage Carl Ekstrom board a few years ago that looked like mine, on an auction estamated at $12,000 to $20,000, is that what they are worth, I know there on not to many of his older boards on the market..

Few points:

That board wasn't shaped by Ekstrom but rather was on his label. Shaper was Mike Diffenderfer, surfer was Butch Van Artsdalen. It was likely the latter that gives it the most value.

Hard to see the condx of your board, or if it's a had a resto, legrope plus added, fins reset, all things that detract from quality and hence bid price.

Udo, Idk if it did, you need an account with them to view, they are a big auction site, the only reason I know that is I am an antique dealer myself, I just never dealt with surfboards before, but there is a time for everything.. Lol

i reckon you could do just as well with your board. put a starting bid of $6000 and you've got a strong chance of it being passed in at auction. even at $600 you've got a strong chance of it being passed in.
most vintage board with a name shaper in decent nick go for $150-$350.
