Thanks LD - yeah we noticed the email wording wasn't quite right just after we pressed "submit" (our first major membership mail-out ever too!). However all of the detail is there on the competition page.
MD - we've been trying to work out the best way to implement this competition for existing Pro subscribers, whilst wrestling with the technical challenges presented by online subscription services.
Initially we had planned to ask existing subscribers to extend their subscription by another 12 months (so, if your subscription had 2 months to go, you'd re-subscribe now, receive entry into the comp, and therefore have 14 months on your account) but unfortunately it's not technically possible to do so.
However, we will have incentives for existing Swellnet Pro subscribers (whose accounts aren't up for renewal in the next two months, while this comp is on) - standby for more info :)
You might want to reconsider the wording of this statement. :)
